De interpretatie van de metingen (vervorming tussen verzonden en ontvangen signaal) is computergestuurd. Deze heeft de energieverschuivingen (deze dat door een elektrode die een lage frequentie excitatiesignaal van 113 Hz in het gebiodynamiseerde water uitzend) naar <b>specifieke frequentiebanden <\/b>(Hz) waarvan de <b>amplitudes<\/b> (eV), positief en negatief, tot 6 dB vari\u00ebren (d.w.z. de intensiteit en hoeveelheid gereflecteerd licht per golflengte). Voor gebiodynamiseerd water treden deze amplitudeveranderingen (in elektronvolt) op naar bepaalde harmonische frequenties (in Hertz), met regelmatigheid (periodiciteit) en systematische ritmes, wat wijst op een <b>meer georganiseerde, gestructureerde en coherente elektrodynamische organisatie van het <\/b><b>gebiodynamiseerde<\/b><b> water <\/b>(= een wijziging van het spectrale profiel van het gedynamiseerde water, gemanifesteerd door veranderingen in amplitudes of intensiteiten van de energie bij bepaalde akoestische frequenties).<\/p>\n<p>Deze observatie kan worden verklaard door de <b>herstructurering van de waterstofbruggen in waterclusters<\/b>, veroorzaakt door de dynamisatie ervan (aangezien de reorganisatie van waterclusters trillings-, rotatie- en collectieve excitatiesignalen wijzigt, zou elke moleculaire herstructurering de manier kunnen moduleren waarop water geluid of elektromagnetische energie absorbeert\/doorgeeft\/reflecteert, wat zich manifesteert als amplitudeveranderingen bij specifieke frequenties.
